Physics Pumpkin Toss 2017!
The Department of Physics will be hosting its inaugural “Physics Pumpkin Toss” competition at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 27, 2017, in the Jadwin Hall Courtyard.
The experimental gravity competition will pit four teams of graduate students and postdoctoral researchers against each other to drop pumpkins off the roof of Jadwin Hall and aim to hit closest to a target’s bullseye in the courtyard below. Faculty members from the Department of Physics will serve as judges and the winning team will receive a prize.
