House of Sound
The Woolworth Music Building will be overtaken by a public electronic music installation exhibition, combining the works of students from Princeton University’s electronic music course.
The crafty students of the MUS/COS 314: Electronic and Computer Music, taught by Jeff Snyder, have created final projects that explore the many possibilities of creating sound with computers. Projects include a sonification of Conway’s Game of Life, a dancer who controls sound with her limbs, and an optical musical instrument using light sensors and spinning discs.
Free and open to all. Stop by at any time from 3:00-5:00pm.
