Interfaith 9/11 Service of Remembrance
The University will mark the 18th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks with a service of remembrance at 12pm on Wednesday, September 11 in the memorial garden between Chancellor Green and Nassau Hall.
The garden was created to honor the 14 Princeton alumni killed in the attacks. The service will include prayers representing diverse faith traditions, lighting of candles and ringing of the bell for the alumni who died. Candles and materials for reflection will be in the garden throughout the day for private contemplation.
