Books for Children: Transnational Encounters 1750-1850 (Part II)
Join us for a symposium that examines the world of children’s print culture and its transnational character from both the perspectives of the young reader and of the “children’s book business." Scholars from eleven countries will investigate transnationalism as it is reflected in the text, illustrations, genre, authorship, audience, and publication practice of children's literature from the mid-17th to mid-18th century.
Online registration is open till Saturday October 26.
Organized by the Cotsen Children's Library, Department of Special Collections, Princeton University Library.
