Being Yoga

Join us for an accessible all-levels "Being Yoga" class moves at a slow pace while weaving together breath and yoga postures. This class teaches the importance of pranayama, mindfulness, and connecting deeply with oneself and nature. Open to all members of the University community.  Dress comfortably, bring a yoga mat (and a full-size bath towel or yoga blanket.  We meet Mondays at 8am in the University Chapel during inclement weather and on Firestone Plaza during more agreeable weather.  Questions?
