Dan Reeder, manager of compensation, leads the design, development, and administration of the University’s compensation programs, policies, and structures. Partnering with University administration, Dan and his team establish procedures and guidelines to provide an efficient and effective compensation system that supports the University’s mission and complies with state and federal regulations.
Prior to joining the team at Princeton, Dan worked at management consulting firm Hay Group as a project manager focusing on remuneration studies. Dan has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Illinois University and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
