Linda Nilsen, assistant vice president for human resources, joined Princeton in 2011. She is responsible for the design and delivery of health, welfare, retirement and work life programs for University faculty, staff and retirees.
Prior to Princeton, Linda was the AVP of benefits at Columbia University and brings to Princeton more than 20 years of experience in the specialty fields of benefits and work life. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in organization effectiveness and system management from Rutgers’ Graduate School of Management.
Linda likes to travel and enjoy the outdoors with her family and friends. She is a volunteer for Technoda, a science and technology education center located in Givat Olga, Israel.
