Naida Chipego is responsible for the full life cycle recruiting for a portfolio consisting of a broad range of University positions. She works with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine core competencies necessary for success in each position. She is also responsible for developing and implementing sourcing, recruitment and retention strategies to identify qualified and diverse pools of candidates.
Naida joined the HR staff in 2010. Before then she worked in the financial services industry as a human resources professional. At the State Street Corporations, she was a human resources business partner and generalist. Her many responsibilities included conducting and coordinating training classes, working with managers and employees on performance management and employee relations issues and recruiting and on-boarding of new hires. Naida also coordinated communication between the corporate and local Princeton offices.
Outside of work, Naida enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and son. She enjoys entertaining and reading and is considered the loudest cheerleader at her son’s sporting events.
