Disability Alliance at Princeton Employee Resource Group

Our Mission

The Disability Alliance at Princeton (DAP) Employee Resource Group works to build a supportive and affirming atmosphere, organizing social and educational events for faculty and staff who identify with having disabilities as well as those who support this effort. DAP works to support the premise that every single member of the University community feels valued and supported.

Our goals are:

  • To provide an opportunity for all employees, especially employees who identify with having a disability or disabilities, staff, faculty, and allies to meet and connect.
  • To sponsor activities and programs which provide opportunities for members of the campus community to educate, advocate, promote their interests, and build unity.
  • To facilitate discussion of current issues and interests concerning the disability community.
  • To present a visible presence at Princeton University in order to help normalize the idea of disabilities on campus.
