About Enterprise Infrastructure Services
Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) is led by Donna Tatro and provides campus-wide IT infrastructure services that support the University’s research, teaching, and administrative missions. These services include the University’s main data centers and network hub sites; compute, storage, and network systems; IT security infrastructure; monitoring services; IT systems supporting the University’s critical operational technology areas; database administration services; identity, access and directory services; and collaboration systems such as email and web platforms.
Enterprise Infrastructure Services includes the following groups:
- Networking and Monitoring;
- Systems and Security;
- Storage and Automation;
- Database Management;
- Identity and Access Management;
- Digital Repositories;
- Architecture and Technical Design for Enterprise Infrastructure, IT Security, and Cloud-based Collaboration Systems.
