Scholars discuss epic texts, Nov. 7-8

Twelve distinguished scholars from the Americas and Europe will discuss epic texts produced in the Spanish and Portuguese colonies in the 16th and 17th centuries during a colloquium Friday and Saturday, Nov. 7-8, on campus.
"Épica y Colonia/Epic Texts and the Colonial World" will run from 2 to 6 p.m. Friday in McCormick 101 and from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday in Betts Auditorium, School of Architecture.
