Mountain-themed films to be shown at Frist, March 12

Winning entries from the Banff Mountain Film Festival, an international competition of films and videos on mountain subjects, will be shown at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, in the Frist Campus Center Multipurpose Room.
The festival, which is held each November in Banff, Alberta, includes more than 250 films from 29 countries, ranging from student projects to National Geographic productions.
The event is sponsored by Outdoor Action and Blue Mountain Sports in the Princeton Shopping Center. Proceeds will support summer camp scholarships for needy children at the Princeton-Blairstown Center.
Tickets are $7 for students and $10 for general audiences. They are available at the Frist ticket office , (609) 258-1742.
