Concert features area performers, Dec. 2

A concert featuring performers from New York City and Princeton is planned for 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, in Taplin Auditorium, Fine Hall.

The program includes performances of various instrumental and choral pieces as well as an experimental investigation into the relationship between written text and music. Performers will include: Jim Allington, percussion; Arash Amini, cello; Martha Elliott, soprano; Brooke Joyce, vibraphone; Tom Kolor, speakers; Brian Krinke violin; Margaret Lancaster, flute; Beth Meyers, viola; Tae Hong Park, electic bass and electronics; Adam Sliwinski, speaker; Evan Spritzer, clarinet; Dan Trueman, electric violin; Danny Tunick, percussion; and Jenny Undercofler, piano.

The concert is sponsored by the Princeton Composers' Ensemble in the Department of Music .
