Asian Pacific American Heritage Month banquet set, April 2

The opening banquet for Asian Pacific American Heritage Month is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 2, in the Whig Senate Chamber.
The keynote speaker will be Roger Chiang, the director of constituency outreach for the Democratic National Committee. He spearheaded voter education and "Get Out the Vote" efforts for the 2001 and 2002 elections.
The event will begin with a welcoming Princeton University Lion Dance on the lawn near Whig.
Admission is $5 in advance or $7 at the door. Those interested in attending should send an e-mail message to the organizers with their name and the event in the subject line. More information is available on the month's Web site .
The event is sponsored by the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students, the Undergraduate Student Government Projects Board and the Chinese Student Association.
