Players to perform 'The Flood'

The Princeton University Players will present "The Flood" Feb. 28-March 8 in the Matthews Acting Studio, 185 Nassau St.
Show times are at 8 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays, Feb. 28-March 1 and March 6-8. There also will be a matinee performance at 2 p.m. March 8.
The book upon which the musical is based and the show's music and lyrics were written by Princeton alumni Peter Mills and Cara Reichel. "The Flood" chronicles the catastrophic floods that struck the Midwest during the summer of 1993, focusing on the Mississippi's destruction of one small fictional town, Meyerville, Ill.
Princeton University Players is a student-run organization that has been bringing musicals to the Princeton campus for more than 20 years. This production is directed by juniors Molly Borowitz and Sara-Ashley Bischoff, and the set is designed by junior Steve Lauritano.
Tickets are $12 for general admission, $10 for faculty, staff and senior citizens, and $8 for students. They are available online through University Ticketing or by calling (609) 258-1742.
