New benefits programs launched

Princeton University has added two health-related benefits programs for faculty and staff.

My Health Coach is a new benefit program offered in partnership with TrestleTree, an accredited health transformation organization. My Health Coach provides benefits-eligible employees with free confidential assistance to achieve their health goals. By using My Health Coach, employees can work with a personal health professional to improve their health or manage a medical condition to avoid future risks. To provide easy access to My Health Coach, there are two Health Coaches on campus. Employees and their eligible dependents have the choice to visit a Health Coach in person or talk with a Health Coach on the telephone. Please note that visiting faculty, visiting researchers and visiting fellows are not eligible for this program at this time. To make an appointment with a Health Coach, contact TrestleTree at 866-237-0973. My Medical Expert provides benefits-eligible employees and their eligible depenents the ability to receive a “virtual” second opinion from Best Doctors’ network of 53,000 top physicians. Best Doctors helps employees and their eligible dependents make medical decisions with greater confidence, and helps to ensure that they are getting the right care.
