University closed for non-critical staff; classes canceled
Due to the snow storm, the Princeton University campus is closed for non-critical staff from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10. Critical services employees must report to work at their normal duty times and should notify their supervisors as early as possible if they expect to be delayed arriving at work. Academic classes are canceled for the entire day.
A definition of critical services employees is available on the Office of Human Resources' emergency weather policy. Employees who have work schedules that start after 5 p.m. should call their supervisors to learn if there are any adjustments to their expected time of arrival.
With a winter storm warning still in effect, the University will continue to monitor weather conditions and provide updates. Students, faculty and staff are advised to check the Princeton home page for weather-related updates.

In addition, the University maintains an Emergency Preparedness website. The environmental health and safety and facilities offices have published a list of tips on pedestrian safety during the winter.
