Media Relations

Our media relations staff in the Office of Communications manages the University’s interaction with online, print and broadcast media and documentary film crews. Its primary role is to promote the University’s mission and its scholarly and intellectual life and to assist journalists who seek information about the University and members of the campus community.

Media relations staff facilitate media access to our campus, faculty, staff and students and offer a wide variety of news resources to journalists.

Princeton is a private institution and many of its facilities are not generally open to the public. There are specific guidelines for members of the media who wish to gain access to commonly requested locations on campus, and all photographers and film crews must contact the media relations staff to secure media passes before proceeding to film or photograph.
