The Office of the General Counsel advises on business transactions, contracting and procurement issues and the University's Transaction Authority Policy.  The office maintains a Contracting Website that provides University-approved forms and other contracting resources to the University community.  The office also maintains a Transaction Authority Policy Website that provides information about the University’s Transaction Authority Policy.

Due to the overlap with the subject matter of other practice areas, each OGC attorney is experienced in business transactions, contracting issues and transaction authority as they relate to his/her particular areas.
