Kevin J. Licciardi
Kevin Licciardi advises on a variety of matters relating to faculty and student research, intellectual property, technology transfer, and international law. He also serves as the office’s primary liaison with the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. Mr. Licciardi serves as counsel to the University Institutional Review Board overseeing human subject research, and as a board member of Princeton in Beijing. On the international side, he advises on issues pertaining to international employment law, research, study abroad, bridge year, and global seminars.
Prior to joining the office, Mr. Licciardi served as Associate General Counsel at Rutgers, and was a litigator with McCarter & English, LLP. He started his legal career as a law clerk to Justice Jaynee LaVecchia of the New Jersey Supreme Court. He has been named as a New Jersey Super Lawyer Rising Star. He received his B.A. and J.D. from Rutgers and served as an editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. Mr. Licciardi is a fellow at Whitman College. He and his wife, Jessica, have three children, Sophia, Benjamin and Oliver.
