H. Agreement


If I am offered this internship/research project and choose to accept it, I agree to participate in and/or complete the following:

  • Fulfill my commitment to complete the work assigned to me to the best of my ability, and to work the agreed upon number of weeks
  • Enter my travel information into the Princeton University Travel Database as soon as possible but no later than May 9, 2014
  • Participate in the PEI pre-departure orientation on April 25, 2014
  • Complete Institutional Review Board (IRB) and/or Institutional Animal Care and Use (IACUC) training, if applicable
  • Respond to communication from PEI during the course of the internship/research project
  • Prepare post-internship/research project materials, including an internship/research project summary as requested by PEI
  • Participate in a PEI post-internship/research project symposium in fall 2014
  • Complete a final survey in fall 2014
  • Acknowledge the support of PEI in any report, publication, or testimonial provided to any University department/program or outside entity that makes reference to this summer internship/research project

I understand that upon acceptance of this internship/research project, I have a binding commitment to fulfill the terms of my agreement described above. I also acknowledge that I will withdraw my applications to other internships/research projects and/or funding sponsors. Reneging on my agreement after acceptance of this internship/research project will result in a letter being submitted to the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students.
