FAQ/Troubleshooting

1. Can I install the School's design software on my personal computer?  No.  The School can't distribute software to personal computers.  Only computers owned by the University can have our software installed.

2. What do I need to do to get my laptop or desktop computer connected to the University's wired and wireless networks? Visit http://www.princeton.edu/dormnet to register your computer(s) on the host database.

3. What should I do if I noticed that one of the computers or printers in the SoA labs aren't working?  Click on the <<Report a Problem>> link.  This will create a "trouble ticket" and Erik Johnston will be informed.  If you have an urgent problem that must be addressed immediately, you can visit Erik in N-09 on the ground floor during normal business hours.
