TreeView is an open-source software for visualizing large-scale matrices and clustergrams. It was first released in 1998 by Michael Eisen and updated in 2004 by Alok Saldanha.
In the last decade or so, TreeView has collected many bug reports and feature requests. We are now working on addressing these issues and are getting ready to release a new version, Treeview 3.0.
To download the current alpha/beta versions of Treeview 3.0, provide feedback or contribute code, please visit https://bitbucket.org/TreeView3Dev/treeview3.
Students are welcome to participate in developing Treeview 3.0. Experience with Java and version control (Git/Github/Bitbucket) is required. If interested, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
