Barry is a city in Big Stone County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 25 at the 2000 census.

Minnesota State Highway 28 serves as a main route in the community.


According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.2 square miles (0.6 km²), all of it land.


As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 25 people, 12 households, and 6 families residing in the city. The population density was 101.3 people per square mile (38.6/km²). There were 17 housing units at an average density of 68.9/sq mi (26.3/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 100.00% White.

There were 12 households out of which 16.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were married couples living together, and 41.7% were non-families. 41.7% of all households were made up of individuals and none had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.08 and the average family size was 2.86.
