Ramsey County is a county located in the U.S. state of North Dakota. As of 2000, the population was 12,066. Its county seat is Devils Lake.[1]

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,301 square miles (3,369 km²), of which, 1,185 square miles (3,069 km²) of it is land and 116 square miles (301 km²) of it (8.92%) is water.
