The BERSAFE program must be run with the following parameter setting:
The BERSAFE Card Type 01 (Job Information Card) must have `MTAPE' (column 58) set non-zero so that `F4' (displacement) and `F5' (stress) records will be written to the F2 file. This is the default for BERSAFE Level 3.
The user must ensure that the F2 file is made permenant on completion of the BERSAFE analysis. This is a machine dependent operation.
