The property values for shells and membranes are defined as follows:
PROPERTY PHYSICAL SHELL-TH [property_name] t SHRF NIP PROPT IRID
Where:
| t | = | Thickness of element |
| SHRF | = | Shear factor (optional, default is 1) |
| NIP | = | Number of through thickness integration points (optional, default is 2) |
| PROPT | = | Shell element printed output option (optional, default is 3) |
| IRID | = | Integration rule (optional, default is 0) |
The SHELL-TH property type can also be used for thick shell elements to define the SHRF, NIP and IRID parameters (and PROPT for keyword format); the values of t (and PROPT for non-keyword format) will not be taken into account in this case.
