Hughes-Liu Beam Properties

The property values for Hughes-Liu beams are defined as follows:

PROPERTY PHYSICAL BEAM-PRP [property_name] t1y t2y t1z t2z NSLOC NTLOC SHRF IRID CST

Where:

t1y = Thickness in local y direction at node 1
t2y = Thickness in local y direction at node 2
t1z = Thickness in local z direction at node 1
t2z = Thickness in local z direction at node 2
NSLOC = Location of reference surface normal to s axis (optional, default is 0)
NTLOC = Location of reference surface normal to t axis (optional, default is 0)
SHRF = Shear factor (optional, default is 1)
IRID = Integration rule (optional, default is 2)
CST = Cross section type (optional, default is 0)

This data may be supplemented by a beam orientation definition via the command:

PROPERTY PHYSICAL BEAM-PRP [property_name] ORIENT X Y Z

in which the user specifies the direction of the beam local z axis.
