This is a temporary version of the replication files for Honoré and Weidner (2022). A more complete version will be created when Princeton has finished moving to a new site builder platform. At that point a link will be available from https://scholar.princeton.edu/honore. The material is organized in three zip-files: NLSY_DATA.zip, ReplicationEmpirical.zip, and ReplicationMonteCarlo.zip. Description of NLSY_DATA.zip This zip-file contains 1. nls97_final.dta: the original data set in Stata Format 2. NLSY_cleaned.csv: the dataset used in Excel (.cvs) format 3. NLSY_cleaned.xlsx: the dataset used in Excel (.xlsx) format 4. NLSY.mat: the dataset used in Matlab (.mat) format 5. MakeCSV.do: Stata program to read thedata, create new variables and save it in Excel format 6. readEXCELsaveMATLAB.m: Matlab program to read the data and save it in Matlab format.
