The Control Tower

The Control Tower contains the electronics that run the 8501.

The master on/off switch for the machine is on the left of the back panel of the tower. Turning this switch ON starts a test of all the electronics except the computer.

Once this test is completed the machine may be operated
from the Console or the remote computer.
