OECD (through purchase only) Found right on the home page under Statistics are the Annuals of Aid Activities. Information for Africa, Asia, Europe and Oceania, Latin America, and Caribbean.

The Development Assistance Committee through OECD has online databases on aid and resource flows. OECD also provides a database on Aid Statistics.

International Monetary Fund (IMF) has the World Economic Outlook 2003. See the "Statistical Appendix" for tables on foreign debt. Also refer to the Appendixes section from the Annual Report for figures under Financial Operations and Transactions.

World Bank offers the World Development Indicators through purchase only. An online version with limited access is available called Data Query. Called "Foreign Direct Investment"--no country-to-country data. There is an online map that gives a general idea of net flows. See Global Links and click on Private Capital and Aid Flows.

UNCTAD has an online interactive data base on Foreign Direct Investment (free registration for the database.) No country-to-country flows. See also the World Investment Report 2003. Chapter Three has nice graphs and charts on FDI inflows/outflows. Click on downloads and annexes.

BEA (Bureau of Economic Analysis) Click on international section info to get information on capital flows from US to abroad and vice versa.
