An exploration of some of the engineering concepts needed to design and understand the functioning of human-powered vehicles, and provide the necessary infrastructure.

The emphasis will be on a hands-on learning experience, where open- ended problems will be posed that cover history, structures, materials, aerodynamics, and dynamics as well as the social implications of the technical decisions.
