OA's indoor Climbing Wall is a fantastic place to get started in this sport. Our Rocks 101 Class is an introduction to Rock Climbing that will teach you all the fundamental skills you'll need to enjoy this dynamic sport including: how to belay another climber on a rope, balance techniques, weight shifts, different types of handholds and climbing strategies and how to use the OA Climbing Wall for training.
