A letter from a reader about: An embarrassing view
Privately, one can hold any view that brings solace to this sometimes tragic world. It is embarrassing for the individual and for the Alumni Weekly to support intelligent design in public. It is in the same category as the argument for Santa Claus. He may be a powerful metaphor, but there is no reality there.
