The Stirring function of the KX table:
- Purpose: pseudo-randomize the KX table, allowing each bit to influence every other bit.
- Eight internal state variables initialized as
s0 = KX[248], ..., s7 = KX[255]
- Several stirring passes ( default pass number is 3)
