Goldman, Muir and Rouse elected to National Academy of Sciences
Princeton's Noreen Goldman, Tom Muir and Cecelia Rouse were chosen in recognition of their distinguished and continuing achievements in original research. Twelve Princeton alumni are also new members.
DeLue and Singer receive Behrman Award for the humanities
Princeton professors Rachael DeLue and Peter Singer have received the University’s Howard T. Behrman Award for Distinguished Achievement in the Humanities.
Rosen and White elected to American Academy of Arts and Sciences
Philosopher Gideon Rosen and cancer biologist Eileen White have been elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. Princeton alumni Carlos Lozada, Catherine Wilson and Gordon Chang are also among the Academy's new members.

Princeton faculty members are all exceptional scholars in their disciplines who are expected to teach as well as engage in research. Faculty work closely with undergraduates in the supervision of junior year independent work and senior theses.
