Princeton University Supports Ultracapacitor Research

Princeton University has announced support of research on graphene-based ultracapacitors through funding by the Intellectual Property Development Fund (IPDF), which supports early-stage projects with the potential to transform global technolgies. The supported research is performed by researchers with Professor Ilhan Aksay's within the the Chemical and Biological Engineering department at Princeton University. As noted in the University's press release, "Aksay's team is exploring ways to improve this energy storage using graphene, a highly purified form of carbon arranged in sheets just one atom thick."
