Replacement Routines

The following routines may be used instead of the discontinued routines above in order to gain access to the more advanced loading conditions available in FEMGV 4 and later versions:

• UCONS3 Beware of the new size of IDOF
• UCONE3 Beware of the new size of IDOF
• UBDRY3 Beware of the new size of IDOF
• ULOAD3
• UPHYS3
• UMAT3

Routine ULOAD3 allows access to data describing the variation of a load in time and space incorporating load masking and/or local axis systems which may be active for the load. The new routines listed in the next section are supplied to help the interface programmer to evaluate these loads.

Routines UMAT3 and UPHYS3 now allow access to external material file names. The new routines listed in the next section are supplied to help the interface programmer to extract and manipulate these names.
