Adapting an Existing Interface from FEMGV 2.3 to 4.0

  The only action necessary to update an existing interface written for FEMGEN/FEMVIEW 2.3 is to edit the interface 'userIQ' routine if one was written (see chapter 3). No modification is necessary if the existing interface program did not make use of a customised analysis environment. Users of the previously undocumented MPC-related routines should take note of some changes in the dimension of some of the routine parameters.
