FALL TOUR 2011 | SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO & WASHINGTON, DC
During our fall break of 2011, Old NasSoul first travelled to the Washington, D.C. area and performed at several dinner parties for our members' families and friends. A few days later, we flew down to warm and sunny San Juan, Puerto Rico for the remainder of the week. We performed for the children and families at San Jorge Children's Hospital, enjoyed a night meeting and singing for alumni at the Princeton Club of Puerto Rico, and had the privilege to collaborate a bit with the incredibly talented music students at Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico. When not singing, we explored Old San Juan, hiked through El Yunque National Forest, and of course relaxed on the sandy beaches. We would like to thank our friend Karen O'Neill for graciously helping us plan our tour in San Juan!
FALL TOUR 2010 | ST. THOMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS
For the first tour in the group's history, Old NasSoul ventured to St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands. While there, we were kept very busy as we performed at the local radio station, at the St. Thomas Humane Society's Barktoberfest, at the St. Thomas Yacht Club, at private cocktail parties, and even at Governor John de Jongh's re-election party! It was an exciting time for us to tour in the Virgin Islands, and we definitely enjoyed the warmth of the Caribbean sun while it was approaching winter in Princeton, NJ. Great memories were made at Tickles, at Emancipation Gardens, and on the beaches. All in all, it was a very successful debut tour for Old NasSoul! We would like to thank Mr. Alex Randall for generously accommodating the group during our stay at Water Island.
