OA Equipment Rental
Visit the Outdoor Action Equipment Room for gear rentals:
- OA Equipment Room Location: 350 Alexander Street
- Hours: By Appointment - contact the OA Office 258-6230
- The Equipment Room is not open during breaks and exams. Equipment rental is only for students, faculty and staff of Princeton University. PUID required.
We offer reduced rental pricing for extended trips:
1-4 days:Â no discount
5-7 days:Â 20% off total rental fee
8+ days:Â Â 40% off total rental fee
Student group rentals will receive an extra 20% discount if group funds are being billed.
Late Fees: after 2 weeks (the 3rd week) a 10% late fee will be added for each successive week until the gear is returned.

RENTAL POLICIES
Pick Up: Equipment may be picked up from the time the ER opens until fifteen minutes before it is scheduled to close.
Cost: Charges will be assessed on the basis of:
- Number of days that the equipment is used.
- Number of days the equipment is past due.
Return:Â Equipment must be returned clean and in good condition.Â
- Items returned that must be cleaned by ER staff will be assessed a $5.00 cleaning charge.
- If items are damaged or lost during use, the renters will will be charged for damages incurred or replacement.
