Travel Information

When planning your flights, be sure to consult the University Travel Portal, http://www.campustravel.com/university/princeton/, particularly “International Consolidators” under “Flights” on the main menu for low fares on major airlines.

Information on ground transportation to and from Seoul Incheon International Airport (ICN) will be provided by the seminar administrator, Jayne Bialkowski.

Before leaving on your trip, you must register online via the University Travel Database at http://travel.princeton.edu/ . Details on this process will be provided by the seminar administrator, Jayne Bialkowski. The site also provides other valuable information on international travel and on university resources that will make your trip easier.

Passports and Visas

A passport, valid for 6 months after your departure from Korea, is required. To apply for or renew a passport, please consult: http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html. You may also apply for a passport through the post office in Palmer Square.

A visa is not required for visits of less than 90 days to South Korea.

Immunizations

McCosh Health Center will contact each student directly about required and suggested immunizations. A mandatory predeparture meeting with a health representative from McCosh will be held in April or May.

Housing and Meals

Housing and some meals will be provided by Ewha Woman’s University. Check back for detailed information.
