Start-up file

 The start-up file is a text file containing FEMGV commands which will be read automatically when the program is executed. The most common use of the start-up file is to avoid the manual selection of the graphics driver that is required when FEMGV is executed. Additionally any INDEX level commands can be added to this file.

The first entry in the start-up file must always be the graphics driver number.

To select the second enabled graphics driver,set the menu column width to 4 characters and reset the number of dialogue lines to three, the fgvstr.str file would need to contain:

UTIL SETUP MENU 4;
UTIL SETUP DIAL 3

The use of the ';' at the end of each command line is optional but will suppress the redisplay of the model index between commands and ideally there should not be a 'return' at the end of the last line.
