Kinematic Coupling Constraints

Kinematic coupling constraints can be defined with the command:

PROPERTY BOUNDARY MPC RBEAM part point dof

where 'point' must be a rigid body reference node (element type RB-REF), 'part' can be a FEMGEN point, line, surface, body or set and 'dof' is the constrained degree(s) of freedom.

Example:

PROPERTY BOUNDARY MPC RBEAM NSET1 P6 12

*KINEMATIC COUPLING, REF NODE= 26
NSET1 , 1, 2

If a local coordinate system is attached to the rigid body reference node, it is referenced to with the ORIENTATION parameter of the *KINEMATIC COUPLING card.
