Material data is defined using the FEMGEN command 'PROPERTY MATERIAL type', and attached to any part or set in the model using the FEMGEN command 'PROPERTY ATTACH'. The interface program supports a number of the more common material types together with an external material definition which enables DYNA3D material data to be read from file. The following material types are supported:

Type 4 Thermo-Elastic-Plastic
Type 12 Isotropic Elastic-Plastic
Type 13 Isotropic Elastoplastic with Failure
Type 20 Rigid
Type 24 Piecewise Linear Isotropic Plasticity
Type 28 Resultant Plasticity
Type 29 Force Limited Resultant Plasticity
Femsys Limited
