Error Messages

When the FEMGEN to DYNA3D interface processes a FEMGEN model it will perform a variety of data checks and will issue error messages where data defined in FEMGEN is found to be invalid for DYNA3D. Where invalid data is found the interface will produce a message on the screen and where possible continue.

The interface is capable of detecting simple problems such as elements which have no material definitions or pressure loads applied to whole elements for example. It will not, however check for errors such as inconsistencies between element, material, load, and property types.
