Error Message Logging

All messages produced by the interface are by default directed to the FEMGEN dialog window. Environment variable FG_PRE_ERR (see section 1.4) may be used to direct these messages to the log, history, and DYNA3D input file as comments. A message summary is also produced and placed as comments at the end of the DYNA3D input file.
