Welcome!

We are the Institute for Chocolate Studies, Princeton's student-run bean-to-bar chocolate-making (and hyphen-loving) club. Take a look around, read a bit about the chocolate-making process here or in our article in Princeton's Innovation magazine, check out our article and video coverage featured on the Princeton homepage and in The Prince, or our article in the Princeton Alumni Weekly.

  • Look tasty?

Head over to our gallery for more photos of the chocolate-making process.

  • It's all natural

Our chocolate is made from only two ingredients—cocoa beans and sugar. You can read more about how our chocolate is made, or check out our story for more information on how the club was formed.

  • We like tech

Have you checked out our technology page yet? It features information on items like our automatic winnower (pictured above).
