Local Coordinate Systems

If a node has a local nodal coordinte system attached to it, its nodal results are rotated to the global system. The rotations at a node are used to create a materially dependent nodal local axis system. These systems may be viewed in FEMVIEW using the command `LABEL MESH AXES NODAL X | Y | Z | ALL [colour]'

If an element is in a local element coordinate system its element-wise nodal results are transformed into the global system.
