Loadcase names

When appending results the user is asked for a number to increment the load numbers so that new loadcase names will not conflict with those existing for the model in the Femview database

The interface program has limited ability to recognise dynamic analyses and will try to incorporate as much information as possible in the loadcase header to enable the user to plot results against time or frequency values. First the program checks for the existance of the module containing the time histories which and will recover time history values in the loadcase header, provided they have been written
